because it's thursday, and thursday means 'office'

I forgot to mention this in my earlier post this week, but when I was flipping through the most recent Entertainment Weekly, I noticed they had featured "The Office" in their Sound Bites section.

I love that section. It's a little box that appears every week in the TV pages of EW, and it's just a list of the funniest quotes from the previous week's television programming. Reality shows, news shows, comedies and dramas, what have you. "The Office" usually makes the cut, because -- well, because it's the best show on TV.

And last week was no exception. But I was pleased and amused to note that the quote they chose was the same one selected and e-mailed to me during the broadcast by outgoing Eagle copy editor Kerry Sullivan. She really can pick 'em!

As long as she still e-mails me quotes next season, I guess I'll have to have to wish her luck as she moves down South and takes that magazine editing job ... After all, I'm sure she'll do a great job at that, too.
